GT Menu is a set of controls related to the menu components

In this early version there is only a component TgtMenuTreeView.

TgtMenuTreeView is a TTreeView descentant which can be associated with a TMenu descentant and populate all menu items ,map all menu events and exclude menu dividers from the treeview.
TgtMenuTreeView is a treeview that can be used as menu.
